Visa Transit

• After filling and submitting this online visa application, you are kindly requested to come to the Immigration Section of the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing for further visa application process:
• immigration technical verification
• ensuring required documents for transit visa application adheres to:
• visa application form completely being filled
• validity of passport minimum 6 months from the date of expiry
• recommendation or sponsor statement guaranteeing living sufficient provision  while staying in Indonesia (if it considers necessary) 
• proved single ticket or return ticket or ticket to go to the third country and this transit visa can be granted for vessel’s crew members or seamen for joining / signing on purpose to their vessel for continuing journey going outside Indonesia
• copy of the ID page of passport and copy of the Chinese ID card (for Chinese national) or copy of the visa/residence permit in China (for Foreigner living in China) . All of these documents can be attached to the online application form.
• two recent color photos sized 4x6cm 
• visa payment receipt.
• If you cannot come along to the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing, you can ask your friend or colleague to applying the visa on your behalf by presenting the entrustment letter.
