 Information:

• for foreign nationals granting limited stay visa and whose obtaining limited stay permit card or KITAP-permanent stay permit card in Indonesia and while they would be living Indonesia, have to hold the re-entry permit for enduring the status as resident permit holder in Indonesia. In the condition while they are outside Indonesia they will not draw on using such re-entry permit for entering Indonesia, hence they can withdraw their immigration document as such KITAS-limited stayed permit card or KITAP-permanent stay permit card and mutation book at Indonesian Embassy in Beijing.

• for foreign nationals whose have immigration document as such KITAS-limited stayed permit card or KITAP-permanent stay permit card and mutation book, yet have not returning their immigration documents at Immigration Office or Indonesia’s airports, they can be able to withdraw their immigration documents at Indonesian Embassy in Beijing.

Requirements:

1. Bringing their passport and immigration document as such KITAS-limited stayed permit card or KITAP-permanent stay permit card and mutation book respectively.
2. If they had returned the immigration document as such KITAS-limited stayed permit card or KITAP-permanent stay permit card and mutation book respectively at Immigration Office in Indonesia, they also can be able to show the statement letter issued by that particular office.
