Re-entry Permit Extension

• Re-entry permit extension be given for the holders of KITAS (limited stay permit card) or KITAP (permanent stay permit card) during the time of their staying oversees and due to such conditions they cannot be able arriving Indonesia within the time shown on their re-entry permit.

• Re-entry permit can be extended on condition that KITAS or KITAP still valid, after obtaining the approval letter from Director General of Immigration cq. Director of Travel Documents, Visa and Immigration Facility.

• In order to obtain the approval letter issued by the Director General of Immigration, the holders of KITAS (limited stay permit card) or KITAP (permanent stay permit card) can be able to contact their sponsor for assisting them on proceeding that particular approval letter application at the Directorate General of Immigration.

Requirements:

1. The approval letter from Director General of Immigration regarding to re-entry permit extension.
2. Passport with the copy of its ID page.
3. Limited stay permit card or permanent stay permit card with its copy
4. Mutation book (foreigner listing book) and its copy.
